Miami continues to establish itself as a hub for finance-related companies as two new-to-market companies expand their footprint in the Wynwood and Brickell neighborhoods.
Miami-based commercial real estate firm Tricera Capital along with LNDMRK Development and Related Group have finalized a lease expansion with New York-based hedge fund Schonfeld Strategic Advisors to double their office footprint at The Dorsey, a mixed-use project in the Wynwood neighborhood.
