Although the talent war that spread across the country with promises of lofty paychecks and flexible work conditions has seemingly cooled in some markets, law firms are still looking for solutions to retention and recruiting gaps while also keeping clients in mind.

The solution lies strongly in a law firm’s culture, according to some of Tuesday’s panelists at the Legal Marketing Association’s annual conference in Hollywood, Florida.
