A military veteran’s lawsuit against his former employer has survived summary judgment on three of four counts alleging military and disability discrimination, along with retaliation.

The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida issued an order May 12 addressing contractor CFS Roofing Services’ attempts to thwart a lawsuit filed by their former employee, Hector Gomez-Hernandez.
