Jalal “Jay” Shehadeh has been General Counsel of U.S. Century Bank since 2016 and was recently promoted to Executive Vice President in December 2022. He supervises the Bank’s legal work including oversight of all litigation, the closing department, and the day-to-day legal needs of the Bank. He also serves as the Secretary to the Board of Directors.
