Florida's three homegrown Am Law 100 firms managed to grow their Florida attorney counts by an average of just under 4% collectively.
The average growth of Florida's biggest firms came in at 3.8% in 2022, far outpacing 2021's rate of 1% average growth, according to a 2023 DBR Review 100, a review of the largest 100 law firms in Florida by in-state headcount using data from the 2023 NLJ 500 report.
