Miami Beach’s Wet Dreams Dessert Shop, known for its provocative name and unique desserts, faced scrutiny from the City of Miami Beach over concerns that it may be an adult entertainment establishment.
The dessert shop, located at 214 Española Way, sells waffles in the shape of human genitalia. In 2021, the City of Miami Beach filed four citation notifications that claim that under the City of Miami Beach Code, the shop is an adult entertainment shop since the genitalia-shaped waffles are consumed.
