An ongoing dispute between a now-retired Broward County judge and a plaintiff attorney played out in a Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal ruling.
The attorney petitioned to disqualify the judge, who denied the motion in court. But what the judge wrote in his denial is what led to the disqualification, the appellate panel said.
