Luxury shoe company Tamara Mellon was hit with a consumer class action on July 30 in Florida Circuit Court for Palm Beach County. The complaint, for alleged violations of the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, was filed by the Social Justice Law Collective. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 50-2023-CA-012438-XXXX-MB, Madison Porcelli v. Tamara Mellon LLC.
