An ex-executive for Williams Formula One alleged that instead of paying her contract, the company and its hedge fund owner devised a false claim that she’d slept with a board member to fraudulently steal from the entities, and then the entities humiliated her whom they labeled as a “vixen” in a story they pitched to and was penned by Business F1 Magazine.

Jeremy Friedman and Craig Downs, partners at the Downs Law Group in Miami, said their client, plaintiff Claudia Schwarz, the former chief marketing officer of Williams F1, lost a lifetime of built-up business by the actions of multiple defendants, such as Williams IP Holdings LLC, Williams F1, its owner, Dorilton Capital Management LLC, and the magazine.
