Financial Services and BankingA new lawsuit filed by Greenberg Traurig on behalf of several plaintiffs has accused FxWinning Ltd., CFT Solutions and others of freezing more than $26 million in investor funds. This came after allegedly fraudulently informing them that a proprietary algorithm would result in higher returns on foreign exchange trading.
