Am Law 100 law firm Greenberg Traurig has renewed its lease in Downtown Miami, cutting none of its massive space in the age of remote work.
The firm secured over 128,000 square feet of office space, stretching through five stories, after about 13 years in the 47-story Wells Fargo Center. Real estate broker Cushman & Wakefield, which represented the landlord, a MetLife associate, called the deal the largest office lease in the Miami market in the past five years.
