A securities class action against one of the nation’s leading fast-casual restaurant corporations has been dismissed by a federal judge In Florida with plaintiffs attorneys agreeing not to refile, defense counsel announced Thursday in a press release.

BurgerFi International, the owner behind the “better burger” brand under the same name and the pizza and wings concept under Anthony’s Coal Fired Wings & Pizza, was sued in April for alleged federal securities violations on the part of current and former executives.
