"So had the government believed it had the goods, the government certainly had a good-faith basis to advocate for the district court to find Robinson in contempt of the 2017 injunction because she allegedly aided and abetted someone or some entity in privity with a bound party. But it did not do that."

On appeal from the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit has ruled on the question of how far an injunction against a private corporation can reach, holding that it cannot extend to a person who did not aid an enjoined party in the original lawsuit.
