Every year, the Florida Supreme Court publishes a crucial opinion that determines the need for additional judges across the state, as outlined by the state constitution. This opinion also addresses the possibility of redefining appellate districts.
According to the state supreme court website, the document predicts the potential number of new judges needed in various local counties, circuits, and district courts of appeal.
