In the Daily Business Review’s 2023 Managing Partner Survey, South Florida law firms reported notable shifts in practice areas, which some attribute to the growth in economic cycles and a reflection of historical patterns.

According to the survey, several areas of law had the most significant growth. Commercial litigation saw a 60% increase, while bankruptcy and creditors’/debtors’ rights saw a 30% increase, and insurance saw a 26% increase.
