What are some of your most significant achievements of the past year?

The past year has been challenging both professionally and personally. I am proud of my perseverance, and my accomplishments reflect my impact and dedication. Professionally, I've solidified my reputation as a reliable, ethical problem solver, gaining the trust and respect of colleagues and our Board of Directors. My ability to offer unique perspectives and trust my intuition, especially as the youngest and only black woman in many discussions, stands out. On a personal front, managing a demanding career while parenting three young children, amidst health challenges and family losses, showcases my resilience.
