- But with interest rates still high, deal work is still slow for most.
- Some see bright spots in health care and renewable energy.
Although some Florida recruiters and lawyers are finding sunny spots in M&A market, the space remains mostly slow.
Earlier this year, some experts were optimistic that dampening inflation would lead to interest rate cuts. But rates remain unchanged since last July, leading to an even slower start to 2024 than last year's first two quarters.
