Firms whose largest offices are in Florida last year boosted their racially and ethnically diverse lawyer head counts by 1.5%. But the level of diversity at the partner and executive committee level failed to budge. 

Over half of the firms which reported diversity data over the past two years and offer equity partner roles actually saw a declining volume of diverse equity partners. Three of those same firms increased the diversity on their executive committees, with Shutts & Bowen in particular outpacing other firms on diversifying its executive committee.
