Miami Judge Vacates $13M Verdict, Grants New Trial

The state court in Miami vacated a $13M verdict and granted a new trial in a win for Am Law 200 firm GrayRobinson.

And in the case, Jack Reiter and Robert Weill of GrayRobinson represented defendant, Elite Protection One LLC and Cole Scott Kissane represented Billy Bourciquot, who were sued by the plaintiff, Eduardo Gonzalez Gotera.
