In April, Attorney General Russell Coleman announced he had designated Jackie Steele, the  Commonwealth's Attorney in London, Kentucky, to temporarily serve as prosecutor in Hazard, where predecessor Scott Blair had been arrested and had resigned.

Unbeknownst to both men, they would be thrust into the spotlight again—this time, as the team in charge of prosecuting a man so well-known in a small-town circle that another prosecutor had to recuse himself.
