On Wednesday, the Fort Lauderdale law firm Kelley|Uustal, represented by celebrity trial lawyer John J. Uustal, filed a legal complaint for an injunction and demand for jury trial in Miami-Dade Circuit Court on behalf of Max Matus, the Marlins fan who didn't walk away with Los Angeles Dodgers Shohei Ohtani's historic home run baseball.

The lawsuit names Runnemede, New Jersey Goldin Auctions LLC., Chris Belanski and Kelvin Ramirez as defendants. Belanski, the complaint alleges, pried the ball from 18-year-old Matus' hands.
