A Marlins fan has filed a lawsuit in a dispute over who has ownership of a homerun baseball from a game against the LA Dodgers.

Uustal, filed a legal complaint for an injunction and demand for jury trial in Miami-Dade Circuit Court on behalf of Max Matus, the Marlins fan who didn't walk away with Los Angeles Dodgers Shohei Ohtani's historic home run baseball.
