Two partners from Solomon, Cooperman, Recondo & Weiss branched out to create a boutique that is looking to lure talent by offering flexibility, especially with billing rates, which could help younger attorneys kick start their practices faster.

After over two years of serving as a name partner at his former firm, Adam Weiss decided to break off and form his own boutique law firm, bringing along another partner.
Weiss and Sebastian Bohorquez both left Solomon, Cooperman, Recondo & Weiss, a corporate boutique law firm with a large focus on real estate, to find more flexibility, according to Weiss. The pair have already rounded up four other attorneys to work at the new firm called Weiss Law with plans to continue growing.
