Florida's Fourth District Court of Appeal Justices Martha C. Warner, Melanie G. May and Burton C. Conner put to bed the seven-year litigation involving a nationally known attorney whom movie trade magazines call "a fan of Westerns."
The appellate panel heard oral arguments Sept. 17 in Boies Schiller Film Group and BSFG V1 v. Impala Partners, Motion Picture Ventures, Peter Nathanial, Scott Pictures, and Scott Pictures Management.
