Holland & Knight is adding a former U.S. attorney from Tennessee's Middle District, supplementing the firm's health care regulatory and enforcement practice in Nashville.
Henry Leventis, the former prosecutor joining as a partner, led the U.S. Attorney's Office in Tennessee's Middle District for about two years before stepping down last week. During his tenure, Leventis worked to prosecute a number of health care executives, physicians and marketers.
