A Miami-Dade Circuit Court judge entered a final judgment in favor of a couple sued by College Health II.
The lawsuit arose out of a failed closing of a real estate property agreement. Essam Fahad Zahid and his wife, Lea Melodie Marin, came across a Miami Beach property for sale they were immediately interested in. Although they were overseas in Saudi Arabia, the couple moved forward with making a full-price offer. The agreed purchase price was $12.9 million.
