The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on Oct. 17 released a recall notice of nearly 90,000 fire pits after an investigation that revealed that ethanol fuel systems could lead to devastating accidents.
Miami trial lawyer Stuart Ratzan of Ratzan Weissman & Boldt is representing Kayla Hominski in her suit against firepit manufacturer Gusar, as well as Colsen and Wayfair for marketing and selling faulty firepits. Gusar and Colsen are based in Florida.
