Delta Airlines Inc. filed a lawsuit against cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike on Monday, seeking compensation for what the airline describes as a catastrophic software failure that led to significant operational disruptions in July, causing millions of dollars in lost revenue.
CrowdStrike, nearly simultaneously, countersued Delta in a dispute that might hinge on the strength of expert witness testimony.
