Last week, a D.C. judge issued bench warrants for the arrest of two Bangladeshi officials in litigation between a South Florida company, represented by a Miami partner at Duane Morris, against the government of Bangladesh. Following a hearing on Monday, the arrest warrants and any further court proceedings have been suspended.

"Over the weekend, we negotiated what I would call a truce while we tried to negotiate a settlement," said Harold E. Patricoff, a partner at Duane Morris in Miami.
