A Tampa state court jury returned a multimillion-dollar verdict to a driver slammed by another vehicle.
Eric "Rick" Block, David Henry and Patrick Chucri with Morgan & Morgan represented the plaintiff, Lewis Brown, who was hit in Polk County, Florida, by a vehicle driven by Vartolo Mojica, causing serious injuries, both physical and mental.
