Joe Pack spent about nine years working at Kirkland & Ellis and White & Case before he left in 2020 to start restructuring-focused Pack Law. The upshot: bigger cases for his three-attorney team, including a hand in Red Lobster's now-completed Chapter 11 reorganization.

Pack started his career in 2009, working as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis’ New York office, where he spent four years. In 2015, he moved to White & Case and eventually moved back to his home town of Miami. But in 2020, he realized that he could be doing more if he branched out, so that’s exactly what he did.
