Gov. Ron DeSantis has appointed two new judges, Heather Griffin Guarch and Mark S. Miller, to the Orange County Circuit Court.
The appointments fill two judgeships created under HB 5401, a measure aimed at addressing increasing caseloads across the state’s courts.
