GrayRobinson filed a suit in the Miami-Dade Circuit Court on behalf of Kanner & Pintaluga against the Merlin Law Group and William F. "Chip" Merlin, Jr, its founder and president, after the defendant published an alleged defamatory blog post on their website and a Facebook page.
“Kanner & Pintaluga categorically denies the baseless allegations made against it and will not tolerate the spreading of false information,” said Ted C. Craig, a shareholder at GrayRobinson, who represents the plaintiff. “The firm will take swift, aggressive, and decisive action against any individuals or entities that disseminate defamatory statements intended to harm its reputation.”
