The Haggard Law Firm filed two lawsuits in the Palm Beach Circuit Court against the GEO Group, a publicly traded company which operates the South Bay Correctional Facility, over the 2024 deaths of Allec Garcia, 34, and Antron Griffin, 22.
In both cases the facts and circumstances of their deaths remained unknown and no information was provided by the correctional institution or the police to the families. And in these cases, Andrea Griffin, representative of the estate of Antron Griffin, and Clara Garcia, representative of the estate of Allec Garcia, are the plaintiffs.
