The lawyer representing a flight crew transportation company said the International Brotherhood of Teamsters is not playing fair, and his client has taken their concerns to court in New York.

Thursday, the attorney was successful in getting the courts to issue a restraining order on behalf of SkyHop Global LLC, based in Fort Lauderdale, to quell the unrest between the company and the union amid a stalled collective bargaining agreement after a recent vote by Skyhop employees to join the union.
