The Fontainebleau Miami Beach is pushing back against celebrity Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, filing a complaint Thursday after the social media influencer allegedly used artificial intelligence-created videos to criticize the hotel, compared it to Nazi collaborators and used other "shakedown" tactics while demanding a sizable "donation" to his charitable organization.

“The Fontainebleau Miami Beach is a landmark that has shaped the safe, welcoming atmosphere that defines our city,” the plaintiff said in a statement. “Weeks of outrageous and false attacks on our hotel and personnel, combined with demands for payment, have forced us to seek judicial relief.”
