- This is the second year in a row the firm shrunk its partner class after a record promotion round in 2023.
Holland & Knight announced its yearly partner promotion class Thursday with a smaller number of elevations for 2025 compared to recent years.
Last year, the Am Law 100 firm promoted 46 lawyers to partner, while promoting a record high of 52 in 2023. The shrinking promotion class comes even after the firm reported a massive headcount increase in 2023, growing by over 260 attorneys.

The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
