William G. Schlotthauer, who is based in Sarasota, is accused by the Florida Bar of stealing money from the trusts of Louis E. Marinaccio Jr. and Ann Marie Marinaccio, for whom he served as the sole trustee and investment manager of their $28 million in combined capital.
