Winston & Strawn is kicking off 2025 by claiming the first major Miami-based lateral hire of the year after bringing in a transactional partner from Sidley Austin.
Juan Delgado is joining Winston after being with Sidley since it first opened in Miami back in 2022. Both Sidley and Winston arrived in Miami around the same time and have both vowed to scoop up as much local talent as possible to build up their operations in South Florida.
