The U.S. Eleventh Circuit vacated a federal district order to dismiss all claims for lack of personal jurisdiction and remanded the case in which North American Sugar sued three Chinese wind-energy companies and two American companies that engaged in a scheme to traffic in Sugar's confiscated port.
Sugar owned and operated a port in Cuba that the Castro regime confiscated.
