A Miami federal judge entered an order on Tuesday granting preliminary approval to an $11 million settlement that basketball legend Shaquille O'Neal has agreed to create for injured investors in the Astrals Project nonfungible tokens and GLXY tokens.
Adam Moskowitz, the managing partner at the Moskowitz Law Firm in Coconut Grove, Florida, is the lead attorney for the certified class of investors in the lawsuit against the defendants, O'Neal, Astrals LLC and the company's various subsidiaries. Moskowitz is joined by his partner Joseph M. Kaye and Jose M. Ferrer and Desiree Fernandez of Mark Migdal Hayden in Miami.
