A South Florida bankruptcy and commercial litigator was booked by the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office early Sunday morning and is now facing charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, court records show.
Mark Roher, whose practice is based out of Pembroke Pines, was attending a wedding at Boca Largo when a group of young girls allegedly “cut” him in the prime rib serving line, according to witnesses who spoke with BocaNewsNow.com. The witnesses claimed that Roher became angry and threatening, which led a guest to intervene.
