A Miami lawyer has filed a lawsuit in Miami-Dade Circuit Court against Horizon Freight System, a major national trucking company, that could be unique given the severity of the accident.
Mulin and Junia Andrieux Celestin were driving two separate vehicles from Miami to their new home in Palm Bay, Florida, during the night, court records show. Their children were with a relative in Miami.
