An employee, Nicole Kingston, has filed a lawsuit in the Southern District of Florida, alleging she faced discrimination and retaliation after disclosing she was pregnant and would be taking unpaid maternity leave through the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Kingston, represented by Morgan & Morgan’s attorney Bryan Arbeit, sued Domenic Iacovone and his nutritional supplement and healthcare companies, Raw Sport, Bum Energy and Revive MD, headquartered in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The defendant did not respond to a request for comment.
