A Coral Gables attorney was arrested on aggravated stalking charges on Thursday after police observed him carrying pizza boxes emblazoned with the names of a fellow lawyer and his wife—in what authorities described as a persistent harassment campaign.
Carlos L. Santi, 43, is listed as a lawyer with Property & Casualty Law Group, which specializes in real estate and insurance law. Santi was taken into custody Thursday and appeared before Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Mindy S. Glazer on Friday, still in handcuffs.
