Partnership law expert Leslie Corwin and Greenberg Traurig are being sued by an attorney he represented, who claims Corwin mishandled an arbitration over the breakup of the attorney’s former firm.
Allen Roberts, now a partner at Epstein Becker & Green, is suing Corwin and his firm, claiming they were negligent in failing to prove liability against Roberts’ former partners at New York employment boutique Roberts & Finger. Roberts is seeking more than $6.6 million in damages.
