A committee of unsecured creditors claiming defunct law firm Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler owes them millions of dollars has selected Akerman Senterfitt partner Michael Goldberg to represent them.

Goldberg’s selection, which was announced in court Wednesday, must be approved by U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Raymond Ray. In an interview, Goldberg said he is flattered by the committee decision but hasn’t had any substantive meetings with creditors and can’t comment on what comes next.
