Bankrupt home-builder Tousa and 34 subsidiaries claim 12 insurers have reneged on liability coverage for company directors and officers.
In a lawsuit filed Tuesday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood-based Tousa said the insurance companies have refused to pay to defend bosses of the 35 Tousa entities after creditors sued them.
