Georgia’s Supreme Court, Superior Courts and prosecutors appear to have violated the state Constitution by beginning the new fiscal year in debt.
State auditor Russell Hinton has asked Attorney General Thurbert E. Baker what to do about “five or six different agencies” that carried debt from the previous fiscal year to the current year.
