A 71-year-old nanny, Vilma Serralta, has settled her lawsuit against a wealthy Atherton, Calif., couple who allegedly made her work 80 hours a week without meal breaks while paying her around $3 an hour.

But the couple, Sakhawat and Roomy Khan, appear to have had just as many problems with the lawyers they employed for the case, which was settled in late September, just days before the Oct. 5 trial date.
