Lender KIMCO Capital has taken title to a Palm Beach Gardens shopping center with a minimum $100 bid.
KIMCO, a unit of New York-based real estate investment trust KIMCO Realty, was the lone bidder for the former Loehmann’s Plaza on Friday, according to Palm Beach County public records.
